Margaux CHALAS

Margaux Chalas is a professional cook. She has worked for years in different restaurants in the West regions of France. More recently, she passed her professional sailor degree. During the Octopus Foundation missions, Margaux is in charge of a crucial role : stewardship. On the ground or at sea, we can all count on Margaux’s magical meals. When a small team is diving she is also taking care of the surface security.
